- Ensures appropriate monitoring of subprojects to achieve financial, administrative, and programmatic goals & that project resources are utilized in accordance with applicable FHI and donor policies and procedures.
- Ensures production of timely and accurate financial and programmatic reports to FHI, and donors as required.
- Manages the project level information system in order to respond fully to donor reporting requirements.
- Provides technical assistance through the review and/or writing of proposals, protocols, papers, reports to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
- BS/BA and 13-15 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 5-7 years of supervisory experience,
- or MS/MA and 11-13 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 5-7 years of supervisory experience;
- or PhD/MD and 9-11 years relevant experience with international development programs and includes 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
- Overseas field experience required. English and Kiswahili language skills required.
