Job profile
The trainee will be trained to operate process equipment and production processes in a safe, efficient and effective manner to achieve set production targets
Qualifications required

• The successful candidates will be expected to be holders of KCSE (minimum C+).
• A Technical Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry with credit pass.
• Fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply
• The candidate should be between 21 and 28 years.

After induction successful candidates will undergo a rigorous training programme involving basic refinery operating procedures after which they will be posted to the Operations Department and be developed further under a mentoring/coaching process.
