Security Manager and Pilot Vacancy - ALS

ALS is a leading Aviation company with our Headquarters at Wilson Airport and spread over Africa. We are looking forward to recruit the following.

Security Manager

Reports to the Accountable Manager and will be overseeing all security matters both at the headquarters and at all outstation bases.

Qualifications:

• Must have worked in a recognized Security Organisation, the Police Force or the Armed Forces, or as a Security Manager in an aviation organisation.
• Must have formal Security Training from a recognised institution
• Must be in good general health, have reasonable strength and no physical incapacity which would prevent him/her from undertaking the normal range of Aviation Security duties
• Must have a minimum of O’Level Certificate of Secondary Education.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in the English language with ease and comfort
• Must posses a Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the Police
• Must have a valid driving Licence

Pilot

Reports to the Chief Pilot. Should be mature and disciplined.

Qualifications:

• In possession of a Kenyan CPL or ATPL with current ME-IR
• Gas Turbine and Performance ‘A’
• Minimum total hours 1800, DHC-8: 1000
• DHC-8/B-20/C-208 in Group 1 OR 2 as applicable. Valid DHC-8 Simulator currency will be an added advantage.
