Operational Trainer Vacancy - Real People

 Real People is a growing Multinational Company in Africa dealing with Micro Enterprise Finance. In Kenya we are specializing in offering Business Finance solutions through lending to Micro Enterprises. We are seeking self motivated, passionate, energetic and qualified individuals to fill our Vacant Positions below in our respective branches; that is Nairobi, Nakuru, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret:


OPERATIONAL TRAINER

Key Responsibilities:
* Train branch staff groups
* Coaching of individual staff
* Evaluate staff after training
* Compile Training presentations
* Overview training material and existing presentations
* General administration (accommodation, flights, arrangements for training facilities)
* Perform any other duties as and when required by management

Minimum Required Qualification
* A first Degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 4 Years experience in a Financial Institution/Micro Finance Institution, with previous experience in training of financial products

Key Competences
Excellent communication and listening skills. Aggressive selling ski I Is, Attentive to detail, Customer service oriented,Assertive, HighlyComputer literate,Target driven and self motivated
Salary: Negotiable Basic Salary + Incentives
