Home Park Caterers Chef Vacancies

Home Park Caterers seeks to recruit suitable applicants for the following positions:
 
Executive Chef
 
Main duties will include:
  • Managing and overseeing food production in all the outlets and will be particularly responsible for maintenance of high food standards and standardization of menus and recipes;
  • Coordinating overall food cost, production budgets and purchasing for all the outlets;
  • Responsible for personnel management including hiring, training and
  • development of all production staff;
  • Arranging for the maintenance of the equipment.
Unit Chef
 
Main duties will include:
  • Responsible for all day to day kitchen operations of any one of the outlets ensuring high standards of food and beverage production;
  • Responsible for menu planning, food costing and purchasing;
  • Maintaining proper food handling and food storage procedures;
  • Staff management and training;
  • Equipment maintenance.
Qualifications and Qualities
  • Relevant qualification in Food and Beverage Production with minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
  • Strong culinary credentials.
  • Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
